My name’s Lisa and I’m the Social Media Manager here for Panoramic Doors USA & UK Ltd. I’ve been with the Company now for a year and I have to say, I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. People, Business and Online Digital Marketing is my true passion, so having the opportunity to represent such an incredible brand in the online world is a dream come true. To be part of the social media industry is something I find so exciting; the business world and the way we do things is changing so drastically that it’s hard to predict just where we will land next… But that’s the exciting part!
I was born and raised in Perth, Scotland, spending the first 28 years of my life there. I met my husband in the USA 7 years ago and I’ve lived in Oceanside, California since. I love it here! There’s this big, bright, yellow thing in the sky… Something we don’t see too much of back in ‘not so sunny Scotland’. Prior to joining the PD family, I worked for one of Arizonas, top radio stations ‘KFNX Premier Premier Radio’ as their Marketing Coordinator. This role allowed me to gain extensive experience working in the Media Industry. After spending 4 years in Arizona, my husband and I moved to San Diego, California to pursue our career paths and raise our new family. I graduated College with a 1st Class BA Honors Degree in Marketing & Business as well as an Associates Degree in PR & Advertizing. I was thrilled to secure this position soon after arriving in San Diego. Since working for the Company, I’ve really enjoyed collaborating with an amazing, fun, dedicated sales and service team and an inspirational board of Directors; all of which I consider great friends, not just colleagues. Being the Social Media Manager is the best job in the world! I love people, and being able to engage and interact with them daily about a product I’m truly passionate about.
What I love most about my job is being out in the field and talking to customers about their experience with us, and how they like their new doors! We’ve built such solid relationships with our clients that they readily share photos or video footage of their very own projects; we love to feature these on our website and social media sites. There’s nothing more rewarding than creating great client relationships throughout the entire design process; to see the excitement in their faces at completion makes it all worthwhile. We’re very lucky to have droves of customer fans; these are the people we strive to nourish, develop and collaborate with on future projects.
It is our Social Media goal to connect, engage and interact with our core customer base. I really enjoy being in a position to build genuine, meaningful relationships with the people who ‘fly our company flag’; it truly is a rewarding job that I’m proud to fully embrace. I get to be in a position where I have the opportunity to represent Panoramic Doors in the Digital World as well as marketing a lifestyle and product that is both truly innovative and continues to improve year after year. We may be a small company, but we’re doing big things and I have no doubt we are well on our way to becoming a household name in the windows and door market. The rate of expansion set to take place in 2017 is really exciting, you’ll also be seeing us throughout the year at various Design & Home Shows, and stay tuned for our TV appearance set to take place in the Fall! You will not believe how easy this system is to operate, you can watch my demonstration here.
We’re really big on featuring our customers’ projects on our website and social media sites. We would love to hear your project story and showcase your photos or video. All you need to do is submit photographs, video, project information to me directly at email@example.com. Become part of the PD family and connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Houzz.com, YouTube and the BBB. Connect with us today to keep up with the latest news, promotions and events.
We want to hear from you! Would you like your project to be featured in our blog spot? Then keep in touch!
