The Panoramic Doors warranty is for its product (hardware, glass, wood, weather seals and finishes).

Panoramic Doors’ warranty does not cover issues caused by bad installation, building movement, improper/failed weatherproofing, intentional or accidental damage, natural disasters, poor maintenance, abuse and failure to operate properly.

If installed correctly, only minor adjustments should be needed.

Please contact your contractor/installer, they should be able to make adjustments by following our troubleshooting guide, provided upon request.

We also offer voice or Facetime technical support.

If you have checked all Items and still are experiencing issues with the system functionality, please fill out this service request form. You will be required to provide job #, supplier and installer information.

*There is an initial $150 charge fee for inspections, this fee will be waived, if the issue is covered by our warranty. Issues not covered by our warranty will incur parts and labor charges.
