What routine maintenance needs to be conducted on a Panoramic Door system?

Light normal and regular maintenance is required to maintain door appearance, extend the finish life, and maintain proper operation. Exposed surfaces should be cleaned with mild detergent soap and water. The track should be kept free from debris. Silicone spray should be used to lubricate all moving parts on a monthly basis. For more information regarding care and maintenance, please refer to page 47 of the installation manual.

Who do I contact if there is an issue with my door system?

Do I need to do weekly maintenance on my door?

This is a toughie - you do want to keep the bottom track free & clear of debris but weekly usually is not necessary unless you have a commercial door at a restaurant or small kids who might put Legos, small toys, crayons, food, utensils, etc... inside the bottom track.  If the bottom track is vacuumed out on a monthly basis, there should be little to no issues.  Things like dust, leaves, and grass will not really affect the door's functionality.  DO NOT put WD-40 inside the bottom track or on the wheels as that will attract "gunk" which will cause the rollers to not work right.
