Service Request Form

In order to serve you better, we ask that you review the two lists of issues below before submitting a service request form. This form is for warranty related issues. Any installation-related issues need to be addressed with the person or company that installed your door(s).

You might need to submit a service request form if:

– Your doors won’t lock or unlock
– The glass Low E has a purple tint or has a haze
– You need to replace operational hardware
– Your need to replace cladding
– You need to replace panels

You might need to contact your installer/contractor if:

– Panels do not slide with ease
– System(s) needs adjustments
– There are gaps between the panels
– There is water coming in
– The main door is binding when opening or closing

If after reviewing the information above, you would like to submit a service request, please click on the link below.  Please be sure to include in your comments; the Door Series (Absolute Vinyl, Absolute + Vinyl, Signature Aluminum or Thermaclad), and your Door ID# (found on the top of the panel furthest from the swinging door).
